Dr. Steven Davis, OD
Founder & Optometrist
Dr. Steven Davis founded Mill Creek Family Eye Center in 1992 alongside his wife Diana with the goal of providing state-of-the-art, personalized eye care to the families of Snohomish County. A Southern California native, he graduated with honors from Southern California College of Optometry in 1991. For over 30 years, Dr. Davis has built a practice centered on family, community, and exceptional care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Riley Forbes, OD
Optometrist
Dr. Riley Forbes is a dedicated optometrist with a passion for delivering exceptional eye care. A Washington native raised in Maple Valley, he pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington Bothell before earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University. Dr. Forbes is committed to providing thorough, personalized care for every patient.
Dr. Phoebe Gayoso, OD
Optometrist
Dr. Phoebe Gayoso was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University College of Optometry. She completed externships throughout Washington and Oregon with an emphasis in ocular disease, vision therapy, and primary eye care. Dr. Gayoso is passionate about helping patients achieve their best vision at every stage of life.
Dr. Matthew Schroeder, OD
Optometrist
Dr. Matthew Schroeder grew up in Orlando, Florida where he attended the University of Central Florida, earning a degree in Health Sciences. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where he developed a deep interest in ocular disease and contact lens specialty fitting. After graduating, Dr. Schroeder began his career in Port Angeles, Washington before joining the Mill Creek Family Eye team.
