Dr. Matthew Schroeder grew up in Orlando, Florida where he attended the University of Central Florida, receiving a degree in Health Sciences. He then moved on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where he became interested in ocular disease and contact lenses.
After graduating, Dr. Schroeder started practicing in beautiful Port Angeles, Washington, providing eyecare in a rural setting. When not at work, Dr. Schroeder enjoys hiking, playing board games, playing the trumpet, going to museums and sporting events, and playing tennis.
